We took for the base net simple and trendy hollow oval metal element which is presented in variation of pendants, earrings, connectors, rings.
On the first mind when we see such components we understand that this set is going to be in Urban Style with statement metal centerpice.
The middle of every jewel is decorated with 39ss classic chaton stone setting for embedding Crystals. So we can think first about metal cover of jewelry we want. Choosing from GITA's 17 plating colors we can think already about future color composition and combination of jewelry and Crystals. Here in our pictures we showed two opposite sides that we can create using this metal Set. From one side you can see elegant and chic Set presented in Yellow Gold color with multi Pink palette of Aurora Crystals. Few words about technique of jewelry making.
Such massive centerpieces look reat with massive chains, or these examples we used 14x10mm engraved oval chain and Flat Gourmet chain 11x7.3mm.
The length of chain is 40cm - two cuts for 20cm each side.
To complete the necklace we used cut of extension chain (5cm) and 17mm classic lobster clasp.
You can decorate your necklace with any charm you like or use your customized logo tag.
Use 2 pliers to open and close 5mm jump rings.
Tools for DIY
We have here classic closed back settings with prongs.
First of all we recommend opening prongs before closing them without injuring the crystals. Use GITA’s Prongs Lifter Easy and cozy usage - that is exactly what jewelry designers need for the work with stone settings for Crystals.
Then you need to insert Crystals into a stone setting and then using prongs pusher close one by one. The right way to work with this tool is to hold the crystal in the stone set in one hand and press the metal prong on top of the crystal with the edge of the pusher with the other hand.
You can use any Crystals colors you like. On the picture below we used Blue Opal Aurora Crystals.
We suggest to use GITA's Stand for embedding.
Take one earring and put it on the stand.
With the prongs lifter prepare all the prongs for the setting by making sure that they are all open and straight. Then using prongs pusher close the prongs.
