Antique brass.
Here is a look that is taking inspiration from the ancient times when the gold wasn’t as yellow, bright and sparkly as we have today, and the stones that were used was mainly pearls, diamonds, and precious stones such as sapphire and emerald.
The antique brass plating has a wonderful deep worm gold color that is just great for creating a look that would be worn at day time, and makes a decorated casual style.
The clear crystal looks very pretty on a darker metal base that makes a really nice contrast between the clean sparkly crystal and the rough metallic surface of the antique brass plating.
The beautiful and Royal green color of the emerald doesn’t need too many distractions, a row of small crystals on an earring base or one large oval crystal in the center of a pendant would be enough.
